Shipping and Pre-Orders
- Items typically ship within one week (excluding pre-orders), though I have various commitments so please be patient
- If you place an order containing both in-stock and pre-order items, I will wait until I have received the pre-order items, and ship everything at once. If you would prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.
- All pins as well as sticker orders over $20 are shipped with tracking information from USPS.

- If your purchase arrives damaged. I am more thank happy to offer you a refund, or to exchange the damaged item for a new one. Include your name, order number, and order date.
- If your order gets lost in the mail or never arrives. I will mail you a replacement. Include your name, order number, and order date.
- If you plan to place an order above $50 USD. I can give you a lower shipping price (my rates are based around smaller orders).
- If you run a store that would like to stock my stuff! I do wholesale and I'll gladly give you my wholesale merch and shipping rates.
- If you're interested in commissioning a custom pin, sticker, or map! My rates are sliding scale; let me know what you have in mind and I'll give you a preliminary price quote.
